Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect on azyx-studio.com, why, and what your rights are. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you send a request, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), project type, timing and message. We use them only to answer you and discuss your project. The form is delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the message on our behalf. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Hosting logs. Our host, Replit, Inc. (United States), technically processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website.
- Audience measurement. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not use local storage and does not build a profile of you; it only records aggregated data such as page, referrer, country and device type. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for automated decisions.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not store anything in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Data transfers abroad
Replit, Cloudflare and Web3Forms may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States. Where the destination country does not offer an adequate level of protection, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or on the provider's certification under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to answer you and follow up on a possible project, and at most two years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer. Hosting logs are kept by Replit for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing. You can also file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
Age
Our games are gambling products reserved for adults. This website is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
