Purpose of the website
This website presents Azyx Studio, the slot games we develop for the Stake Engine platform and our custom slot development services. It is an information website: you cannot gamble, place bets or make payments here.
Our games on Stake
Released games are offered to players by Stake on stake.com. Playing them is subject to Stake's terms and conditions, licence and the laws of your country. Online casino games are not legal everywhere: it is your responsibility to check that you are allowed to play where you live. A link to a game is not an invitation to play in a country where it is prohibited.
Game descriptions, features, RTP and maximum win figures are given for information. For games in development, they may change before release. The figures that apply are those shown in the game itself.

Sending a request through the contact form does not create any commitment for either side. Any custom development work is governed by a separate written agreement.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Azyx Studio is not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or of linked external websites.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
